Having installed the sound and induction loop systems at St Mary’s Church, Ewshot many years ago we were asked to visit to rectify issues on the loop and wireless microphones
We found the loop dead and the wireless mics had all been badly adjusted. After a few tweaks and revised settings all was well again in this wonderful Hampshire village Church
Having originally installed a sound re-enforcement system into St Peter’s near Andover some 15 years ago we are please to have been able to to now install an induction loop for the hard of hearing
Using Signet equipment we have provided a system with IMG Stageline wireless microphones that will assist the congregation in hearing the word and being involved in the whole service
While at the church we also did a little housework tidying older cables etc.
Church Crookham Community Centre had a small problem with their sound system which was caused by their own popularity.
The second music channel on the mixer had developed an intermittent contact on the input sockets purely though use
Rather than the centre being without it’s sound system while a repair as made we replaced the mixer and associated cables so that the whole system is ready for immediate use
We have now serviced the sound system in Studio 2 at Farnborough Leisure Centre and replaced the two blown speakers with IMG Stageline PAB-586 units to almost the existing speakers – IMG used to supply these in black or white but they are now only available in white
While on site we carried out a check of the Studio sound system, resetting and adjusting a few settings reading for classes later today
We have just fully updated the sound system at Fareham Methodist Church providing a wireless lectern and 3 other wireless microphones, a Class D digital two zone amplifier and a versatile 10 input mixer. Future expansion is catered for with two spare antenna outputs on the aerial distributor so that more wireless mics can be added when required
The existing Toa loudspeakers and Current Thinking loop amplifier were all kept for re-use in the new system as they all high specification devices
