Description
Tru 100m reel of 1.5mm² induction loop cable
Tri-Rated cable, also known as BS6231 cable, panel wire or switchgear cable meets the specifications of all three standard setting bodies; the British Standards Institute (BSI), Underwriters Laboratories (UL) and the Canadian Standards Association (CSA). This cable is also referred to as H07V2-K and H05V2-K cable under the European harmonisation (HAR) designation code. Tri-Rated cable is a single core flame retardant cable, commonly used in power switch gear applications, electrical cabinets, relay and instrumentation panels, panel building, rectifier equipment, motor starters and controllers, small electrical devices and industrial electrical installations. This particular Tri-Rated cable is a single core cable with 2.5mm² class 5 stranded plain copper conductors, surrounded by a HR PVC (heat resistant polyvinyl chloride) insulation, enabling the cable to be used in high temperature applications. This cable can operate in temperatures of +90°C for continuous use and up to 105°C for a limited period of time. It also has a high 600/1000V voltage rating.
Available in black, blue, light blue, dark blue, brown, red, white, grey, violet, pink, orange, yellow, green, green/yellow in a range of sizes including 0.5mm², 0.75mm², 1mm², 1.5mm², 2.5mm², 4mm², 6mm², 10mm², 16mm², 25mm², 35mm², 50mm², 70mm² and 95mm².
