The Q-Audio QDP-1 is a wideband active UHF antenna designed for use with the QAD-4 splitter. It features a 5/8″ female thread for mounting on standard microphone stands, allowing flexible positioning for optimal signal reception. The Q-Audio QAD-4-compatible UHF wideband active antenna is engineered for professional wireless audio applications requiring consistent RF coverage and signal stability. Designed to interface seamlessly with the Q-Audio QAD-4 antenna splitter, this unit incorporates a 5/8” female thread mount, enabling secure attachment to standard microphone stands. This mounting option facilitates optimal elevation and directional placement, which is critical for maximising RF reception and minimising multipath interference in live or broadcast environments. Please note that wireless microphone transmitters will only work with their matching wireless microphone receivers from that manufacturers matching range of equipment. Digital wireless microphone transmitters and receivers are not compatible with or suitable for use as spare components in older analogue wireless microphone systems and vice-versa.
