Description
IMG Stageline BEE 2-channel USB recording interface
The BEE is an easy-to-connect 2-channel USB recording interface – it is the ideal choice for musicians, mixing engineers, sound designers and composers who want to record and play back top-quality audio recordings cost-effectively on Mac, Windows, iOS and Linux. With its integrated USB audio interface, the BEE will be identified and addressed as an external sound card. The full-duplex USB Type-C port, which is compatible with USB 3.0, allows for simultaneous recording of the mix onto a computer and reproduction of digital audio data from a computer. With a sampling rate of up to 192 kHz and 24 bits, the recording features an impressive sound quality which captures every detail and fully meets professional demands of any musician.
The BEE features 2 balanced combo jacks as mono input channels which are switchable line/instrument. Any type of microphone and musical instrument, such as keyboard or external audio device, can be fed in and recorded. The main output can be switched between mono and stereo. The integrated low-cut function improves the sound quality of the mix by filtering unwanted low frequencies. Switchable direct monitoring allows for latency-free monitoring of recordings and the 6.3 mm jack output L/R of the BEE ensures a flexible output option. In addition, the recorded sound can be monitored via the integrated headphone connection (6.3 mm jack). The +48V phantom power supply ensures a clear and natural sound which is very popular for home recording. Peak LEDs per channel provide visual indication to prevent overload.
A robust metal housing of compact size, which features a striking turquoise-green and a high-quality black anodised brushed aluminium front, gives a modern finish to the technical design for intuitive use. Plug-and-play: connect, record and edit. With the BEE, every professional artist and semi-professional musician will take their mix to the next level.
