Description
Monacor ICM-20H ‘talk through glass’ sound system
Social distancing is still recommended and many businesses and organisations need to serve their customers and clients in a safe and efficient way – talk-through-glass and under-counter induction loop systems are preferred when using protective screens between staff and clientele. These systems have become a must-have in many environments such as shops, hospitals, surgeries, care homes, consultancies and charities.
Monacor ICM-20H system allows the employee to control the conversation with the customer while being safe and secure behind the glass partition – a complete ‘talk through glass’ system which is ideal for banks, building societies, reception areas, pay desks, information booths and late night garage forecourt pay windows etc.
The kit contains everything you need for a simple installation including reception mic and control box with power supply (for receptionist side) plus the customer / visitor speaker/mic unit and all cables together with instructions. This system is ‘hands-free’ as far as the visitor or customer is concerned as the system is controlled by the staff member.
